I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Sciences at Bifröst University, where I also lead the BA programme in Public Governance. My research explores climate change communication, sustainability, environmental action, and future thinking—particularly within cultural and public institutional contexts. My PhD focused on how the concept of the Anthropocene is translated into museum practice through objects, collections, exhibitions, education, and strategic management. Currently, my work investigates how cultural institutions engage with future imaginaries and speculative thinking to expand the horizon of probable and preferable futures, supporting transformational change.
